We are expanding our global team and looking for a Head of Sales for the Americas region to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the VP of Sales and the CSO to develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy.
- Leverage each tool to its maximum potential and standardize the usage across the sales team.
- Maintain strong and consistent outbound efforts.
- Provide leadership and oversight for your team, including mentoring, coaching, and development to drive goal attainment.
- Lead and assist with negotiations for high-value and strategic deals.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts/pipeline reports for effective resource allocation.
- Constantly thinking of new ways to improve the entire sales process, from establishing relationships to closing deals.
- Consistently meet planned sales targets.
- Provide advanced onboarding for all new hires.
- Work closely alongside the marketing team to bring more brand awareness in the US and the Americas region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the Fin Tech or HRtech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial technology trends and customer needs in the HRtech market.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Value autonomy and transparency.
- Have a ‘default to action’ mentality.
- Self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver.
