Role Description

The Regional Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. This role entails overseeing the management of multiple residential communities, ensuring excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include leading and supporting property teams, managing budgets, facilitating communication with community boards and stakeholders, and ensuring community operations align with client expectations. The Regional Director is a key liaison, driving the realization of the company's core values and service philosophy while collaborating closely with various departments.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to guide and develop teams.
  • Experience in financial planning, budget management, and operational efficiency strategies.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills to work effectively with boards, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, including familiarity with residential community operations and regulations.
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Certification in property or community management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-centered work environment.
