About the Role
We're seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy and execution. As CPO, you'll serve as a key member of the executive team, driving product innovation that delivers exceptional value to our customers while achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling products
- Translate market insights, customer feedback, and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives
- Own product KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Represent the company's product vision to customers, partners, investors, and industry forums
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful products that drive business growth
- Strong strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
- Experience in our industry or with similar technologies / products
- Background in scaling products from concept to market leadership
- Data-driven decision making with a customer-first mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex organizational environments
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies
