Position OverviewScion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Property Manager for a well-established, mission-driven real estate organization committed to creating high-quality residential communities. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role based in South Florida.
This role offers the opportunity to lead day-to-day operations for a professionally managed multifamily community while partnering closely with ownership and internal stakeholders. The Property Manager will balance operational excellence, resident experience, and financial performance in a collaborative and people-centered environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who values accountability, inclusion, and thoughtful community stewardship.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and expense oversight to support overall asset performance
- Lead, coach, and support on-site team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development
- Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate records, reporting, and operational data
- Ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations, fair housing standards, and internal policies
- Support unit turns, preventive maintenance efforts, and capital improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing multifamily housing operations in a leadership capacity
- Comfort working with property management and leasing software systems
- Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams with empathy, clarity, and inclusivity
- Excellent communication skills and a resident-focused mindset
