Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Fleet Management, the Coordinator, Fleet will be a key member of the FIFA
26 Event Transport team, and work in close collaboration with the Office Management team, Transportation team, and other key individuals responsible for coordinating long-term fleet at HQ and HC offices.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Fleet for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
- Inspects and evaluates fleet Vehicles, and maintains records of vehicles inspections, assignments, and usage.
- Ensure that the Long-Term Vik Vehicles in all Host Cities are following the Manufacture Maintenance Program.
- Coordinate unscheduled Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
- Performs in-service receipt, registration, and delivery of fleet vehicle.
- Open and follow-up Insurance Claims in case of accidents or damages.
- Keep the Fleet management system updated and follow up.
- Coordinate Vehicle Pool booking process.
- Analyzes, makes recommendations, and prepares operational reports for the solution of fleet issues.
- Control and report consumables usages such as Fuel, Cleaning and Tol.
- Report on non-conformities and misuse of the Vehicles.
- Performs other related Flee Coordinator Job Duties as required.
Your Profile
Education & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related Field. Relevant experience in Rent a Car business is a differential.
- Basic knowledge of fleet management practices, insurance claims procedures,
- basic knowledge of vehicle specification,
- Applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
