About the Role

In this role, you will lead a project team to implement Corporate Real Estate projects by planning, organizing, controlling, and deploying key milestones, deliverables, and resources according to client and business goals. You will use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames and budgets.

You will manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Successful completion will reflect in high associate satisfaction scores and positive project team sentiment.

Core Responsibilities
  • Be a True Partner:
    Manage large project teams responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects to ensure business goals are met within time frames and budgets. Develop strong partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate and Connect:
    Identify cross‑functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse teams to drive business success. Lead and influence initiatives, providing strategic insights to enable efficient execution of deliverables and milestones.
  • Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner:
    Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post‑project review. Assess, manage, resolve, and, if necessary, escape risks and issues.
  • Create and Innovate:
    Champion best practices and process improvement. Provide recommendations and suggest best practices, consistently creating an exceptional client implementation experience. Use critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to approach new situations.
Requirements
  • 5–8 years of project management experience and/or continuous improvement experience.
  • Prior work experience leading medium to large cross‑functional and/or multi‑year projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
  • Ability to guide and inspire others with a consultative approach; drive collaboration and client focus.
  • Manage multiple and changing priorities with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills; apply basic concepts in new situations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
  • Coach, train, and mentor other team members with less experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry expertise and ability to apply best practices through in‑depth client consultation.
  • Strong focus and ability to work effectively with multiple demands.
  • Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
  • Process‑oriented with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Financial Force, Anaplan, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) industry and/or knowledge of payroll.
  • PMP certification from a highly recognized institution.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from USD $74,100.00 to USD $ per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses, equity, or commissions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, disability coverage, charitable contribution match, paid volunteer time off, and more. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
