Our client delivers technical and production solutions for a wide range of live events, including corporate functions, live music, sports hospitality, and brand activations. Working across venues in the US and internationally.

Job Description

We are looking for a practical, organised Project Manager to support live events and client projects. The role involves day-to-day client communication, budget management, preparation of proposals and pitch decks, and overseeing projects from initial brief through delivery and invoicing.

You’ll work closely with our clients production, operations, and finance teams in both the US and UK. You will be based in Miami, you’ll be the main Project Manager on the ground in the US, supporting projects across the region and helping align processes between the US and UK teams.

The work includes creating budgets and schedules, forecasting equipment and crew, coordinating travel, managing suppliers, and keeping projects on track. You will also run client calls, provide regular updates, and ensure documentation and costing remain accurate throughout.

We are looking for someone that will have the ability to nurture and build their own team in the United States, as well as support a UK project management team more broadly with work completion and staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver live events across corporate, music, sports hospitality, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Lead client communication, handling briefs, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and change requests.
  • Create pitch decks and proposals to support new business and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage projects from proposal stage through delivery and final invoicing.
  • Build and maintain project scopes, budgets, and schedules with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess logistics, equipment needs, and venue requirements.
  • Oversee resource planning, travel coordination, and on-site support where required.
  • Hold regular project check-ins and ensure clear documentation throughout.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in event and project management.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
    .
  • Willing and able to travel frequently within the US and internationally (passport essential).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
