Grant Billing Manager

We are seeking a Grant Billing Manager to oversee all aspects of grant billing, compliance, and financial reporting. This role supervises a team of specialists, ensures accurate invoicing, manages budgets and expenditures, and maintains audit-ready records. You will collaborate with program and fiscal staff, resolve billing issues, and support audits while ensuring compliance with GAAP, federal, and state regulations.

• Supervise and guide Grant Billing Specialists
• Oversee invoice accuracy, reimbursements, and collections
• Track and review grant budgets and expenditures
• Maintain financial and audit-ready records (SEFA compliance)
• Partner with internal departments and funders to ensure compliance
• Develop billing schedules, systems, and resolve discrepancies

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (required)
• 3+ years in accounting, finance, or similar
• Strong Excel & ERP skills (SAP/MIP a plus)
• CPA or equivalent preferred
