Aircraft Component Maintenance Shop Manager
HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our aircraft component maintenance shop.
- Lead and supervise daily shop operations ensuring workflow and efficiency and adherence to repair schedules and TAT.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Customer Service departments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Oversee and support technicians performing sheet metal and/or composite repairs.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, safety and environmental standards.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Train, mentor and evaluate shop personnel.
- Provide technical input and support on complex repairs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to upper management.
