Assistant Director of Operations II

Morrison Living is inviting applicants for the Assistant Director of Operations II role.

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000

Other Compensation: Relocation Assistance

As an Assistant Director of Operations II, you will be responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day food service operations of a 400+ resident senior community. You will manage and lead a team of associates, and be responsible for talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.

• Works with the Chef, Director and management team to create nutritious and top quality food.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Manages, trains, and develops associates.
• Works to ensure all catering events are exceptional.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3 to 5 years of food service management experience, preferably in a senior living environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
