Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction
Base pay range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
Location:
South Florida (Miami area)
- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of free-standing medical building projects.
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and healthcare regulatory specialists.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
- Monitor project performance, risk, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and AHCA requirements.
- Experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
- Experience with healthcare construction and AHCA regulations.
- Experience with ground‑up construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Base salary with lucrative bonus potential.
