This confidential opportunity is for a seasoned executive partner to work directly alongside two founders overseeing a diverse ecosystem that includes operating businesses, investment structures, charitable ventures, and a growing media presence. The role functions as a strategic extension of leadership, focused on judgment, execution, and orchestration at the highest level — not administrative support.
Areas of Involvement- Revenue-generating operating entities
- Investment and capital management vehicles
- Mission-driven and philanthropic initiatives
- A public-facing media and intellectual leadership brand
- Act as a strategic thought partner to principals, translating priorities into action
- Align initiatives and resources across multiple organizations
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from concept through completion
- Prepare leadership for key decisions through analysis, synthesis, and recommendations
- Coordinate with boards, investors, partners, and external stakeholders
- Oversee governance processes and provide senior-level input on media initiatives
- 10–15+ years in senior leadership roles such as Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Operations
- Clear career progression with sustained impact in prior roles
- Proven experience supporting leaders managing multiple concurrent ventures
- High degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and discretion
- Come primarily from executive or personal assistant backgrounds
- Have a pattern of short tenures without increasing responsibility
- Prefer task-based, logistics-oriented, or remote-first positions
