Senior Construction Manager

Job Overview

Senior Construction Manager – GHD, Florida. Lead the design, construction and delivery of the new Electrical Distribution Building at the North District Wastewater Treatment Plant to support the High Level Disinfection Facility and Injection Well Pump Station.

• Drive safety culture, efficient project delivery and project controls.
• Oversee schedule, cost, risk and change management.
• Act as primary liaison and manage client relationships.
• Lead construction teams from mobilization to closeout, ensuring compliance, quality and timely completion.
• Monitor progress, manage claims and payments and resolve issues.

In-office collaboration three days a week with flexibility.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PE license and/or CCM preferred.
• At least 20 years of leadership experience on major construction projects; 5 years managing $50M+ projects.
• Experience with water treatment plant projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of construction scheduling;
  Primavera P6 experience.
• Proficiency with Trimble web‑based construction document management platforms.
