Summary
:
The Simplot T&H Supervisor role is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising employees at all locations in all facets of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to ensuring company safety protocols are adhered to, delivery logistics, general accounting practices, inventory control/product procurement, warehouse equipment maintenance, and commercial motor vehicle operation and service records.

• Monitor general safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met and overall safe operation of the business unit.
• Supervise CDL driver workforce on logistical operations and general maintenance of the commercial motor vehicle fleet and associated delivery equipment.
• Organize and supervise day‑to‑day operations and determine work practices and procedures to optimize resource utilization.
• Perform record‑keeping functions and general accounting practices related to inventory, delivery scheduling, product procurement, and employee files.
• Interface with the sales force on product forecasting and general customer requests.

Associates Degree (A.A. or A.S.). Equivalent experience or education will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role.

• Supervisory, planning, organization, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• General warehousing knowledge/inventory management, turf & horticulture knowledge preferred.
• Proactive in providing customer service and support beyond typical operational needs.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities to handle unusual assignments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel.

Valid Driver's License is required.
