The compensation for this position is $95,000.00/yr – $/yr; the actual pay will be based on your experience and skills.

• Ability to travel (roving) amongst a portfolio of properties within Miami.
• Leading by example and being a role model for core values and culture.
• Execution of sales, marketing and operational activities to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Managing the financial performance of properties.
• Creating and delivering accurate financial and operational reports to clients.
• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships and loyalty with all constituents.
• Partnering with consumer marketing to implement marketing strategies.
• Consistent guest satisfaction yielding outstanding ratings and reviews.
• Working weekends when prospective residents are looking for new homes—one weekend per month with two days off during the week.
• Inspiring professional growth and development of all team members.
• Rolling up your sleeves and assisting team members—no job is “below your pay grade.”

• 4‑year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail.
• Strong leadership track record.
• Impeccable client and customer relationship record.
• Revenue, budget and P&L management experience.
• Proficiency with industry software (YARDI preferred).
• Strong financial skills with basic knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Sharp professional appearance.

$95,000—$110,000 USD
