• Operations Management:
  Overseeing daily warehouse logistics, such as receiving, storage, and shipping
• Inventory Control:
  Tracking products, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling variances
• Staff Supervision & Leadership:
  Supervising, training, and managing warehouse associates
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
• Efficiency & Improvement:
  Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintaining accurate documentation and entering data into systems
• Collaboration:
  
  Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth operation

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in a warehouse and supervisory role
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in computer systems, including WMS
• Soft Skills:
  
  Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred
