Community Association Manager - CAM License Required
An exciting career opportunity for an established and unique management company, currently seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) and diligent On‑Site Manager as well as a diligent Portfolio Manager.
A minimum of 5 years as Portfolio or On‑site CAM management experience is required.

Must be energetic and dedicated with strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of association management.
A minimum of 5 years management experience is required, and you must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with the board of directors and provide leadership for the employees.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate projects, contractors, and vendors.
- Negotiate and monitor contracts and renewals, supervise purchasing, and approve accounts payable.
- Possess effective verbal and written skills to communicate with the board of directors, residents, and owners.
- Provide weekly and monthly management reports for the Board of Directors and track project progress.
- Supervise maintenance, grounds keeping, and office personnel.
- Conduct weekly property inspections.
- Notice, conduct, organize, and attend monthly board of directors meetings, annual & budget meetings.
- Transcribe minutes of meetings.
- Assist the Board in the preparation and implementation of the budget.
- Solicit and evaluate bids for services.
- Direct enforcement of the rules and regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance activities and work orders.
- Review and process applications and background checks of new tenants and owners.
- Read and understand condominium documents.
- Read and understand financials.
- Deal with the city regarding permits, licenses, and violations.
- Review and monitor delinquencies and communicate with the association attorney.
- Deal effectively with tenant and owner issues; review owners' accounts.
- Perform administrative tasks, including emails, filing, phone calls, etc.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergency response.
- Experience with 40–50-year re‑certification and concrete restoration a must.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Computer literate:
Word, Excel, MS Office, and TOPS software. - Project management experience required.
