Dry Docks Manager

Title: Dry Docks Manager —

Compensation: $76,000 - $115,000 annual

• Contract and manage on-site dry dock logistics providers. Responsible for performance and day-to-day activities for all 3PL contractors.
• Establish key metrics and success criteria for projects.
• Plan and manage the timetable and deadlines to ensure timely execution of material logistics to support projects. Escalate to upper management when issues are not resolved in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute all material logistics aspects of Dry Docks and special projects.
• Manage timelines and communications with both internal and external partners.
• Develop master schedule for shipping cut-offs and exception management.
• Maintain positive work relationships with all stakeholders.
• Create procedures for reverse logistics and product returns. Capture lessons learned at the end of each project with major stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Finance. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of experience in material logistics working with 3rd party contractors and FTEs.
• Strong computer skills, including robust Excel abilities.
• Operations experience and knowledge are preferred.
