Infrastructure Project Manager

As part of the Client Global Infrastructure team, the Project Manager will play a critical role in managing complex projects that support Client's operational, transformational, and employee experience needs. This role is responsible for developing and directing project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed within the confines of Client's goals and vision. This role will drive and deliver a variety of projects while ensuring full reporting visibility.

The person shall determine and lead design elements and project scope while maintaining the project timescales, suppliers and budget throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Establish appropriate PMO governance structure and project documentation/templates as required.
• Lead and be accountable for all assigned projects.
• Initiate and lead all aspects of project management including creating timelines, assigning resources, and developing, monitoring, and adjusting the budget for the life cycle of the project.
• Be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
• Analyze the needs of stakeholders and develop technical, supplier & operational proposals.
• Management of technical solutions, operational processes and co-ordination of development teams.
• Have a high level of communication with stakeholders and customers and will be updating on project progress, issues, and key risks, as well as ensuring your projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Take ownership of managing and implementation of Infrastructure (Platform, Network, Workplace) Merger and business as usual improvement projects.

• Project Management qualifications and experience are essential.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently within a global environment through to handover and implementation in an operational environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills & experience communicating to a variety of audiences of all levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English, spoken and written. German, Spanish, Italian a plus.

• 5 years experience as a Project manager.
• Proven experience in delivering "services" (and not just infrastructure) etc.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Agile & ITIL methodologies.
• Valuable knowledge of Cloud, Microsoft services and Infrastructure consolidations.
