Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and professional housekeeping staff to join our team at a luxury condominium building. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all public and common areas.

• Clean and disinfect common areas of the condominium building.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, polishing, and window washing.
• Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents.

• Immediate or near-immediate availability.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order.

Estamos buscando personal de limpieza responsable y profesional para trabajar en un edificio de condominios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio.

• Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio.
• Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado.
• Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras.
• Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisor es y residentes.

• Disponibilidad inmediata o casi inmediata.
• Hablar, leer y escribir en español.
• Contar con permisos/documentos de trabajo en regla en EE.UU.
