Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%).

Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried).

Eligible for 100% 401k match of up to 6% of your salary after 1 year of employment.

• General building maintenance
• Minor electrical repairs
• Repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work
• Hanging doors, adjusting/changing locks and door hardware
• Fixing or replacing broken windows and screens
• Hanging pictures
• Minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers
• Re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls
• Maintaining smoke detectors, emergency lights, swamp coolers/air conditioners, and generators
• Replacing floor tiles, carpeting, wood flooring and/or linoleum
• Repairing roofing
• Some grounds maintenance & irrigation repairs if needed

To be considered you should have:

• Experience as a Maintenance Worker
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to treat others with respect
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Desire to work with troubled teens
• Ability to pass a DCF criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
