JOB SUMMARY
East Ridge Village is seeking a Porter for our Environmental Services Department! The Porter is responsible for the general upkeep of the community by cleaning and preparing areas for residents and guests.
QUALIFICATIONS- Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care is preferable; on-site training provided.
- Dust mopping and damp mopping floors, vacuum carpet areas, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms including sinks, tubs and commodes.
- Collect trash in all areas of the facility.
- Complete project work including but not limited to stripping and refinishing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, window cleaning, pressure cleaning, car washing, etc.
- Completing event setups when needed.
