Training pay $18/HR

Your responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Deliver excellent service to create “Customers for Life.”
- Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle day-to-day operations of your route with strong time management.
- Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
- Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams (customer service, sales, management) to deliver exceptional service.
- Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
- Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
- Training pay $18/HR, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone

What you need to know:
- Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
