Work Sunday to Thursday. Off every FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

Must have valid driver's license.
Compensation:
$13.25 - $14.00 per hour (based on experience), paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
W-2 employee (NO 1099). We pay taxes on you.
Travel Time Pay.
Paid vacation after 1 year.
Bonuses for referring new businesses.

Competencies:
Detail-oriented – pays attention to details at each customer’s location, with extra attention to any special requests.Open-minded and professional – able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning is being performed.Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so.Good reasoning ability – common sense with the ability to solve practical problems.Good communicator with a positive attitude.Qualifications:
Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, etc.Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds.Must have your own reliable transportation.Must be able to pass a background check.Job Duties:
Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.Work effectively with other team members.Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.You will be applying for a job with an independently owned and operated Office Pride franchised business and not with Faith Franchising Company, Inc., the franchisor of the Office Pride system, or any of its affiliates.
