• Enjoys cleaning (No cleaning experience required).
• Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment
• Ability to Adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate customer needs
• Listening Skills to make sure that all the needs of the clients are being met

• Detail Oriented
• Ability to be on foot for extended periods of time and climb a two stepladder.

• Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Free of felonies
• Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check
• Authorized to work in the US (citizenship, residence, work permit)
• Must own a vehicle and smartphone
• Valid car insurance and driver's license
• Verifiable work history and references, preferably 1 year or more
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
