You’ll be part of a small, tight‑knit evening crew assigned to a commercial property. Some are corporate offices, some are retail plazas, and others are condo buildings – where we clean only the shared common areas, like lobbies, gyms, hallways and elevators.

• General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces.
• Restroom sanitizing and restocking.
• Trash removal and recycling.
• Breakroom and shared kitchen cleaning in office spaces.
• Disinfecting high‑touch areas like doorknobs, elevator buttons and railings.
• Using safety gear and CDC‑approved disinfectants.
• Reporting equipment needs or unusual conditions to your supervisor.

• You’re physically active and ready to move – this job keeps you on your feet.
• You take pride in leaving things better than you found them.
• You’re proactive and independent – no babysitting required.
• You show up when you say you will and finish what you start.
• You’re bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus, not a must).
• You can work Monday‑Friday evenings – usually 6:00 to 10:30 PM.
