Maintenance Custodian Associate

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary: As a Maintenance Associate, you will patrol the parking lot, clean restrooms and floors, and keep the facility looking great. You will be on your feet the entire shift and will always approach tasks with a positive attitude.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.

Key duties include:

• Conduct safety sweeps and follow forklift spotting procedures.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to company guidelines.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to spills and operate floor scrubbers.
• Maintain proper inventory of cleaning chemicals and reorder supplies as needed.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule or specific work performed.
