, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage and supervise cases.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S. accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- 3–5 years of experience practicing Business Immigration
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in:
- Case management and supervision
- Client advising and client onboarding
- Working collaboratively with legal and administrative teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Transactional experience is a must
- Court experience is a plus

- Abogado/a graduado/a en Estados Unidos
- Licencia activa para ejercer en al menos un estado de EE. UU.
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Business Immigration
- Completamente bilingüe Inglés – Español (oral y escrito)
- Experiencia comprobada en:
- Manejo y supervisión de casos
- Asesoría directa a clientes y client onboarding
- Trabajo colaborativo con equipos legales y administrativos
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Experiencia transaccional (requisito indispensable)
- Experiencia en corte (
deseable, no excluyente
)
