Position Summary
Shutts & Bowen is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner for our Corporate Group in our Miami office. The successful candidate will have 6‑15 years of relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, fundraising documentation/fund formation, and general contractual matters. The attorney will work closely with practice group leadership and other attorneys on the team. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
