Overview
Position Overview:
Legal Search Solutions is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join a reputable family law boutique firm in Coconut Grove, FL. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with experience handling family law matters from inception to close.
- Assist in handling a variety of family law cases from intake through resolution
- Appear in court for hearings and case management conferences
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
- Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
- Participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement discussions
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 3-5 years of legal experience (family law preferred)
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients during emotional or stressful situations
