This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in North Miami, FL. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration law cases, advising clients on immigration issues, assisting with visa applications, and representing clients in legal matters. The role includes conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and staying updated on changes in immigration law. The attorney will work closely with clients to offer tailored legal solutions and ensure their rights and interests are protected.

• Expertise in Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal Issues
• Experience with Visas and Immigration processes
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership and good standing with the state bar association
• Experience in a legal practice or law firm environment is a plus
