This is a trial-forward role built for attorneys who want meaningful courtroom exposure, ownership of high-value cases, and top-of-market compensation tied to results.

• Proven trial powerhouse with headline verdicts against major defendants
• High-stakes litigation including catastrophic injury, med mal, and mass torts
• Hybrid structure with strong in-office collaboration
• Deep support teams so attorneys focus on strategy, advocacy, and trials
• Diverse, high-energy culture with multilingual teams as the standard
• 3+ years plaintiff-side PI litigation experience
• Minimum 2 jury trials as first chair
• Ability to manage cases from filing through verdict
• Strong courtroom presence, negotiation skills, and client communication
• Experience leading paralegals and support staff
