The firm now have an exciting offering for a seasoned Appellate Attorney to join their talented team, and collaborate to further the firm's successes.

• Perform all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial and appeal
• Conducting advanced legal research and strategic issue analysis
• Presenting oral arguments in State and Federal Appellate Courts
• Supporting complex litigation through motion practice and appeals
• Supervising and mentoring Junior Associates

• Florida Bar Admission, additional bar admissions are desirable
• 8+ years of appellate and complex litigation experience with strong writing focus
• Experience advocating in Florida State and Federal Appellate Courts
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and brief-writing skills
• Strong communication, advocacy and inter-personal skills
• Strong exposure across Insurance Litigation matters including Property Damage, Casualty, General Liability, Bad Faith, Professional Liability and more.
