Growing firm seeking a Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This position focuses on pre-suit personal injury cases with opportunity for impact and growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney to join our fast-paced legal firm. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing pre-suit personal injury cases from inception to settlement. Spanish fluency is a plus; litigation or pre-litigation experience is preferred but not required.

• Manage all aspects of a client’s personal injury case in the pre-suit stage, including case evaluation, client intake, claim setup, insurance company correspondence, medical treatment oversight, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents including demand letters, settlement agreements, and release forms.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys to ensure the best outcome for the client.
• Stay updated on current laws, rulings, and regulations pertaining to personal injury law to provide accurate legal advice.
• Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and enhance case value and client satisfaction.
• Participate in firm marketing initiatives and community outreach programs.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
• Experience as an attorney in pre-suit or litigation in personal injury preferred
• Fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse client base is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year
