Position OverviewThe Immigration Attorney will represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters, providing legal counsel, case preparation, and court representation. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English
, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle immigration cases including family-based petitions, asylum, TPS, VAWA, U visas, adjustment of status, and removal defense
- Prepare and file applications with USCIS, EOIR, and DHS
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings
- Conduct client consultations in Spanish and English
- Maintain accurate legal documentation and case records
- Stay current on U.S. immigration laws and policy updates
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active license to practice law (Florida preferred, other states considered)
- Bilingual:
Spanish and English (mandatory) - 1+ year experience in immigration law (preferred but not required for strong candidates)
- Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills
