Litigation Associate

A boutique South Florida law firm is seeking an associate attorney (0–3 years) to join its growing litigation team.

• 60–70% of the firm’s litigation practice focuses on representing hospital systems in multimillion-dollar payment disputes against health insurance companies
• Additional work includes complex commercial litigation for healthcare companies, including breach of contract, FDUTPA, RICO, and equitable claims
• Cases are litigated instate and federal court, as well as arbitration forums

• Demonstrated interest in healthcare law and a strong desire to litigate
• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker who takes ownership of assigned matters
• Experience drafting substantive motions, managing discovery, and assisting with depositions and hearings
• Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.
• Base salary:$114,000–$140,000, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus
• 1,800 billable hours annually

• Full-time, in-person position based in the firm’s new Broward County office
• The new office is currently under construction and expected to be completed this fall
