Position SummaryDinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a litigation associate in our Miami office, with a focus on real estate litigation and litigation involving international hotel companies.
Responsibilities- Prepare and argue motions.
- Take depositions.
- Handle complex discovery and electronic discovery.
- Prepare cases for trial.
- Research and draft briefs and motions.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with negligence, fraud, professional negligence matters, and complex jurisdictional issues preferred.
- Federal or state clerkship and/or appellate law experience preferred.
- Florida law license required; familiarity with Florida’s federal court system preferred.
- Strong academic background and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Competitive salary, benefits, and up to $40,000+ in bonus potential.
