We have partnered with a global law firm in a search for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join their commercial litigation practice groupin Miami, FL.
Key Responsibilities:- Focus on the defense of complex product liability matters and commercial disputes.
- Represent and defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and insurers in general liability matters.
- Draft pleadings, briefs, and interrogatories.
- Conduct legal research via Westlaw and/or Lexis Nexis.
- Submit filings to court.
- Licensed in FL and NY.
- 2+ years of law firm experience.
- Commercial litigation experience preferred, but not required.
- Environmental/toxic tort experience preferred, but not required.
Excellent annual and monthly bonus structure and flexible hybrid work schedule offered.
