Attorneys at the firm regularly appear in state and federal courts and handle cases through discovery, motions, trial, and appeal.

• Complex commercial litigation
• Business and fraud disputes

• 5–15+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage complex matters, develop strategy, and interface with clients

• Base salary up to $260K+ (or more) depending on experience
• Substantial bonus potential tied to performance
• Manageable 1,800‑hour billable threshold
