ResponsibilitiesThe role offers the opportunity to work on high‑value, high‑stakes litigation representing domestic and international clients—from large corporate entities to mid‑sized businesses and sophisticated individuals. Attorneys at the firm regularly appear in state and federal courts and handle cases through discovery, motions, trial, and appeal.
Key Practice Areas- Complex commercial litigation
- Business and fraud disputes
- Shareholder and corporate governance disputes
- International arbitration
- 5–15+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage complex matters, develop strategy, and interface with clients
- Desire to work in a high‑performing but collegial environment
- Base salary up to $260K+ (or more) depending on experience
- Substantial bonus potential tied to performance
- Manageable 1,800‑hour billable threshold
- 4‑day in‑office / 1‑day remote hybrid schedule
