, an AV-rated insurance defense firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney for our Miami office. This is an in‑office position working closely with our partner in West Palm Beach and offers hands‑on litigation experience with real opportunities for growth.
We are specifically hiring for our Property Damage (PD) team

No prior PD experience required — an interest in Property Damage is a strong plus.
We’re looking for an attorney who is eager to be in the courtroom, takes initiative, and enjoys being on their feet for hearings, depositions, and growing their defense litigation skillset.
Responsibilities
- Handle hearings, depositions, mediations, and CMCs
- Draft and argue motions and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategies
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Requirements
- 1–3 years of litigation or insurance defense experience
- Interest in Property Damage litigation (experience not required)
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Proactive, organized, and ambitious mindset
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
