We have partnered with a global law firm in a search for a Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Miami, FL
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide update on status of cases to clients and interview eyewitnesses.
- Work on the defense of civil litigation matters such as premises liability, negligent security, construction, wrongful death, automotive accidents, general liability, and property damage claims.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in FL.
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Excellent annual and monthly bonus structure and flexible hybrid work schedule.
