Contract Litigation Attorney (Spanish Bilingual)

What You’ll Do- Dive into sophisticated litigation: motion practice, discovery, trial prep
- Draft compelling pleadings, briefs, and research memos
- Support large‑scale discovery efforts, including depositions and privilege reviews
- Work cross‑border with attorneys in the U.S. and South America
- Analyze large volumes of data and documents
- Contribute strategic insights to cases that often set industry precedent
- J.D. + active CA, NY, or FL Bar license
- 2–4 years of solid litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate independently and collaborate within a global team
- Bilingual Spanish – required for cross‑jurisdictional coordination
- Direct exposure to high‑profile tech litigation
- Work alongside elite attorneys on a global platform
