About the Position
The Miami office of Holland & Knight has an immediate opening for a real estate attorney with 3-5 years of general commercial real estate transactional experience with a profound understanding of managing deals and leading diligence review. The ideal candidate will have concentrated practice experience in one or more of the following areas: purchase and sale, retail, office and/or industrial leasing, and real estate lending work (lender or borrower-side).
Immediate transferable skills required, organized and detail oriented and a strong academic background with excellent communication and writing skills are also essential. This is an immediate need.

Location and PayThis position may be filled in New York City, NY. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in the New York location is $260,000 – 365,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
Qualifications- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in the state in which they practice.
- JD from an ABA Accredited Law School
- Candidate must reside in the Miami or New York City areas at or prior to the time of hire and will work in the office at least three business days per week.
