Business Immigration Paralegal

OverviewA leading nationwide law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to join its Miami office. This role supports a fast-paced corporate immigration practice handling a broad range of employment-based matters.
Responsibilities include:- Preparing and filing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, PERM, I-140, I-485).
- Drafting forms, supporting documentation, and correspondence for USCIS, DOL, and DOS filings.
- Managing PERM labor certification processes and audit responses.
- Communicating with corporate clients regarding documentation and case status.
- Tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate case records in case management systems.
- Assisting with RFEs and ensuring filings are accurate and timely.
- 2+ years of business immigration paralegal experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong knowledge of employment-based immigration procedures.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment.
