Overview
Commercial Real Estate Attorney
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Attorney for a local reputable boutique firm specializing in construction and real estate law, located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will assist clients in negotiating and structuring real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development agreements. Additional experience in drafting and reviewing complex commercial real estate contracts and agreements is required.
Responsibilities- Negotiate, draft, and review commercial real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and development contracts.
- Advise clients on property acquisitions, dispositions, and lease structures.
- Conduct due diligence and review title reports, surveys, and environmental assessments.
- Work closely with clients, brokers, and other legal teams to structure transactions that meet client objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the FL state bar.
- Minimum of 3 years in commercial real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, and leasing.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines effectively.
