Overview
A boutique Miami law firm with a strong Personal Injury and Insurance Defense practice is looking to add an Associate Attorney (1–7 years’ experience) to its growing team.
This is a hands-on litigation role with real responsibility, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth — ideal for an attorney who wants courtroom exposure and long-term development, not just a title.
Responsibilities- Handle personal injury and insurance defense matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare cases for hearings, mediations, and trial
- Appear in court and work directly with partners
- 1–7 years of PI and/or insurance defense litigation experience is a plus
- Florida Bar admission (active, in good standing)
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter who wants to grow as a litigator
- Boutique firm with direct partner access
- Real litigation experience (not a paper-pusher role)
- Personal injury + insurance defense exposure
- Clear growth path and long-term opportunity
