Our client is collaborating with a renowned organization in the legal industry to fill a direct hire opportunity. They are now looking for a Legal Administrative Secretary (Litigation) to support a highly regarded litigation practice in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate$90k - $100k
Position OverviewThe Legal Administrative Secretary (Litigation) will provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys within a litigation‑focused firm. This role requires strong litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Responsibilities- Summarize legal cases and prepare comprehensive reports to support attorneys.
- Conduct legal research and investigation as needed.
- Create, draft, and prepare legal documents for court filings.
- Expertly manage and organize legal documents and case files.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and litigation support.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
- Minimum of 4 years of legal secretarial experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Litigation industry experience.
- Paralegal experience.
- College degree preferred.
