Immigration Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in removal defense, with a particular emphasis on appeals, briefs, and motions to reopen. This position requires excellent legal writing skills and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex immigration matters. This is an in-person position and may require some travel to attend hearings or interviews.

• Represent clients in court and before government agencies.
• Draft persuasive legal briefs, motions, and supporting documents for immigration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and courts.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in any U.S. state.
• Experience is recommended but not required.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
