Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense and are seeking Associate Attorneys to work remotely in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

Excellent base salary ($80,000 - $90,000, DOE) and the possibility to work remotely with a fantastic firm while appearing in local courts as needed.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Florida (multiple‑state admission is a plus).
• Must reside in the Greater Miami area.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Must possess superior organizational and time‑management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong legal research skills – proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.
