Trial Attorney - Insurance Defense

A law firm seeks a skilled Trial Attorney with courtroom experience to join their litigation team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will handle trials independently, manage complex defense cases, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• Serve as lead counsel on trials, arbitrations, and mediations in state and federal courts.
• Develop litigation strategy, conduct depositions, and argue motions.
• Prepare witnesses, experts, and clients for trial.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial documents.
• Analyze case facts,Está legal issues, and exposure to develop resolution': strategies。
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Manage litigation files independently, with support from paralegals and junior attorneys.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an այս accredited law school.
• Active license in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, including first- or second-chair trial experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury, workers' compensation, auto claims, premises liability, and/or maritime law.

• Ability to manage a full caseload and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
